Highly recommend Stanley Construction and services. Anyone who has used any type of home improvement services over the past few years knows it is very hard to get urgent issues taken care or even a quick estimate on a project your planning because most companies are either very busy with work scheduled weeks out, are struggling to get parts needed and most are short handed. But I was able to get Stanley right away for an urgent home estimate after my home inspection revealed several major issues. He truly understands urgent needs and is able to prioritize his work to try and keep all his customers happy.

Most recently, I was having a ton of new plumbing installed by a local company and they came across a problem that was not in their scope of work. Once again, Stanley to the rescue. I called Stanley and Not only did he make time in his schedule to come assess the situation but he was able to give me an estimate on the work and arranged to come back the next morning to complete the job !! He realized the urgency and was also trying to help the plumbing contractor stay on schedule as well.
They worked fast and efficiently and I was able to ask they install the flooring since they were already working on the floors. He saved me a ton of work I would had to have done myself and the plumbers loved being able to come back and complete the job so quickly. They were so impressed they asked for his contact info to share with future customers if the need arises.

I might drive Stanley crazy since I have a bunch of little jobs and some big projects planned for my new home but I know if I hire Stanley to do the work it will be done as quickly as his schedule allows, he will do a very good job, I can trust him in my home so I'm not stuck planning around my schedule, and his fees are reasonable and affordable. But I feel the most important part of why I will hire him for all my future work is because he will treat my home as if it were his own. He cares about your home and the work he does for you.
